CrossTraining is moving to CLC

The ladies Cross Training Class is moving to the Church Life Center beginning on May 7, 2024.  This weekly class consists of Cardio and Strength training for a total body workout, followed by a time of getting in the Word for Spiritual Training.  Contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
