What? Softball is broken into age divisions; 7-9 year old coach pitch, 10-11 year old kid pitch and 12-15 year old kid pitch.
When? August 28, 2024 is the cut off for participation. You must be paid in full and have your registration complete by August 28, 2028!
Player evaluation day will Saturday, August 24th.
Evaluation Day Schedule
Age 7 - 9:00 -10:00 - Field 1.
Age 8 - 10:15 -11:15 - Field 1.
Age 9 - 11:30 -12:30- Field 1.
Age 10 - 9:00 - 10:00 - Field 8.
Age 11 - 10:15-11:15 - Field 8.
Age 12 - 11:30 -12:30 - Field 8.
Age 13 - 12:45 - 1:45 - Field 8.
Age 14 and 15 - 2:00 - 3:00 - Field 8.
Practices will begin the week of August 26th. Practices will be Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays based on the number of teams. Younger teams will practice from 6:00-7:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays and Saturday until games start. Older teams will practice from 7:00-8:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays and Saturday until games start. Games begin Mid-September and conclude the week of November 14th.
Who? Girls ages 7-15. Your child must be seven by August 26, 2024 and cannot turn 16 before August 26, 2024.
How much? The cost is $85.00 for coach pitch and $95.00 for kid pitch. That covers the uniform - jersey, shorts, socks and end of season party and trophies.
How do I get in on this? Registration can be completed by going to www.whatasavior.com and going over to EXPLORE in the top right. A drop down menu will appear with Recreation on the menu. If you are new to Hopewell recreation you will need to create a new account. If you are returning to Hopewell Recreation you can use the same account you logged on with in previous seasons. For families that already have an account set-up please verify that the address and other information on your account is current. Registration will begin June 23, 2024 and close July 28, 2024.
You must be paid in full and registration complete by August 13, 2023 in order to participate in the league.
